As a Software Engineer your focus will be on contributing to the core product deliverables by working closely with Product stakeholders and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectures incorporating modern techniques and cloud technologies
- Implement code leveraging industry best practices
- Support deployed products throughout the SDLC, including Production
- Assist with product instantiation for individual studies
- Craft unit and integration tests for all functionality developed
Proficiencies:
- SQL
- C#
- JS Frontend libraries (React.js preferred)
- Source Control Usage (git preferred)
- Containerization (preferred)
- AWS native applications (preferred)

The Quality Engineer will report to the Lead Automation Engineer and contribute to the automation test cases and process around Atreo’s automation framework. The individual will play a pivotal role in our testing strategies and will be responsible for test case quality within Atreo’s core product, Studio and for individual clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Write and review manual and automation tests
- Proficient with UI automation frameworks
- Write robust, repeatable automation tests
- Support deployed products throughout the SDLC, including Production
- Mentor staff on automation best practices
- Assist with product instantiation for individual studies
Proficiencies:
- Conversant in both manual and automation testing methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical staff
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Able to independently solve problems and suggest efficient and value-adding solutions
- Keep up to speed on emerging technologies and suggest inclusion within the product where applicable
Technical Proficiencies:
- Manual test case writing and execution
- Automation Frameworks (Cypress, Selenium etc.)
- Typescript / Javascript
- Source Control Usage (git preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integrations Manager to lead the development, documentation, and quality assurance of our client and study integrations. This role is critical for ensuring data flow is seamless, consistent, and adheres to the highest technical standards across all implementations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical specification writing, project oversight, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Specification and Documentation
- Develop and Maintain Integration Specifications: Own the creation, maintenance, and rigorous documentation of all technical integration specifications (specs) for APIs, data feeds, and third-party system connections.
- Standardization: Establish and enforce a consistent template and quality standard for all integration documentation, ensuring clarity for engineering, client, and project teams.
- Gap Analysis: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to assess technical requirements and identify any gaps between client needs and current platform integration capabilities.
- Product Influence: Provide detailed feedback and technical recommendations to the Product team to influence the roadmap, ensuring platform features are optimized to simplify the implementation and long-term maintenance of integrations.
Implementation and Quality Control
- Consistency Assurance: Define and implement processes to guarantee consistency in the technical design and implementation of integrations across different clients and specific clinical studies or research projects.
- Client Specification Alignment & Sign-off: Collaborate directly with client technical teams to finalize, review, and secure formal approval on integration specifications, ensuring mutual understanding and commitment before implementation commences.
- Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration challenges during development and post-launch phases, providing expert guidance to resolve data flow or connectivity issues.
Project and Client Oversight
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle for high-priority clients and strategic studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the primary technical liaison between Product and Operations teams regarding integration status, technical blockers, and changes in scope.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor integration performance metrics and trends (e.g., latency, error rates, downtime) to proactively identify improvement opportunities and mitigate future risks across the platform.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current integration processes and tools, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and integration reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the Healthcare, Clinical Research (e.g., EDC, ePRO, CTMS), or Life Sciences industry.
- 4+years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2+years focused specifically on systems integration, data mapping, or technical program management.
- Proven experience writing detailed, clear, and comprehensive technical specifications (API documentation, data dictionaries, integration blueprints).
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, SFTP, JSON, XML).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, parallel projects involving internal and external technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Other Skills / Requirements:
- Familiarity with modern programming concepts and the ability to read and interpret technical implementation logic.
- Experience working with data transformation tools or ETL processes.
- Certification in relevant project management or IT service management methodologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL).

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for our clinical trial partnerships, starting from the very first kickoff. Your focus is on managing the critical path of each project—overseeing schedules, anticipating risks, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. You will ensure that Atreo’s revolutionary technology is delivered through a robust, well-managed process that meets every client milestone
Responsibilities:
System Operations
- Primary client contact for day to day operations in support of RTSM applications starting at User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop, implement and oversee sponsor communication plans, including service level agreements data management and support procedures, per Atreo SOPs.
- Coordinate efforts towards data uploads (users, sites, randomization lists etc.) in the different environments.
- Oversee client system UAT and system go live.
- Consult with client clinical supplies and operations leads to support system usage.
- Customer Support point of escalation for any system or support issues where required; develop training materials and train Customer Support staff on study application support procedures and client standards.
- Develop client and site system training manuals and deliver study training for clinical team
- Monitor study issues for trends to enhancement opportunities or additional training needs
- Participate in client audits
- Responsible for the health of the client relationships and tracking client Health Scores
Required Experience:
- Professional technical support experience
- Strong communication skills
Education and/or Certification Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a life sciences, supply chain management, or information technology field, or equivalent experience.
Other Skills / Requirements:
- Clinical management experience is highly desired.
- Supply chain experience is a plus.
- Experience with RTSM is a plus.
- Leadership Competencies; Client focused, solutions focused, proactive, responsive, organized, highest quality deliverables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Up to 25% business travel, namely for on-site client visits in support of sales opportunities, client User Acceptance Testing, client training and industry conferences.
