Ryan Harrison

Ryan founded Atreo with the belief that the RTSM experience could be modernized and simplified.  Throughout his 15+ years in Life Sciences, he has a successful track record of executive leadership, including 10 years managing cross functional teams at endpoint Clinical, and a passion for developing trusted partnerships with Clinical Teams and internal colleagues alike.  Ryan’s inspiration for Atreo was born by listening to his client partners, colleagues, and formulating a bold vision to improve upon all aspects of RTSM delivery.

Ryan’s entrepreneurial spirit has been present throughout his career, having successfully cultivated new territories and opened affiliates across diverse industries and organizations.  His most rewarding professional experience was in a startup environment, making the incredible opportunity to launch Atreo an easy decision.

Ryan, a Boston native and graduate of Bentley University, spends his free time happily juggling his daughters’ sports and social calendars while occasionally finding a moment to enjoy the many outdoor activities the Bay Area has to offer.

Jon Ball

Jon founded Atreo with a passion for quality and with the goal to leverage modern technology to build the industry’s most agile, scalable RTSM solution.  Jon’s diverse experience working at multiple RTSM providers led to the realization of the many quality improvements that could be recognized utilizing today’s advanced testing philosophies.

Jon brings more than 15 years of software experience to Atreo across clinical, collaboration and consumer technologies.  Jon moved to San Francisco from the UK and started his journey into the RTSM world in 2008, working as a test engineer at United BioSource Corporation.  In 2011, Jon moved to endpoint Clinical, then a 15 person start-up, where he oversaw building of the Testing & Validation team.  Jon’s interests soon shifted to Client Services, where he held several high profile client facing roles within endpoint’s Leadership Team.

After his time at endpoint, Jon pursued roles at well known, forward thinking technology organizations.  He managed the Quality Engineering organization at Twitter before moving to Slack, where he ran the Enterprise Quality Engineering team, playing a critical role in implementing test driven development and automated testing at scale for millions of users.

Having grown up around the world, Jon has found a home in the Bay Area with his wife, Vina and two young kids, Jack & Eva. When not juggling school runs he can be found watching Premier League football and enjoying all that Marin has to offer.

John Ranz

John brings to Atreo 15 years of diverse RTSM experience across multiple organizations and engineering roles.  Before joining Atreo, John led both operations and R&D engineering teams at endpoint Clinical, where he managed a global team of 50+ developers focused on study delivery, integrations, and oversaw some of the most complex and high profile client engagements.  Previous to endpoint, John led a team of 20+ engineers for PAREXEL Informatics (dba Calyx) and was responsible for development of solutions for large pharmaceutical organizations. John’s focus on forward thinking technology and infrastructure will help Atreo develop the most scalable, agile RTSM solution on the market.

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games.

Rebecca Stone

Rebecca “Becky” Stone came to Atreo with 13 years of diverse experience, including 4 years as an RTSM project manager at endpoint Clinical and 3+ years as a Clinical Trial Manager at Nektar Therapeutics.  Through the course of launching hundreds of clinical trials, Becky witnessed first hand the challenges associated with delivery and maintenance common to legacy RTSM providers.  This experience has been crucial towards creating a highly collaborative, modern System Design Experience for both client partners and Atreo team members alike.  As Atreo’s Director of Product Delivery, she is responsible for ensuring every sponsor receives a quality RTSM solution, built for their protocol, while giving Time Better Spent back to sponsor study teams.

Becky’s technical skills are uniquely complemented by a strong scientific background, including time as biochemist in the Air Force after graduating from the Air Force Academy in Colorado and receiving an MS in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland.

When Becky isn’t leading Atreo’s product vision, she enjoys training for half marathons, watching Giants baseball, and coaching local pole vaulters. She is continually ‘raising the bar’ in all areas of her life!

John Bennett

John brings 8 years of building software solutions across healthcare and cloud based SaaS systems, including 4 years at endpoint Clinical, where he led the engineering implementation team responsible for some of endpoint’s largest clients.  John’s experience outside of the clinical industry opened his eyes to how today’s technology could be applied to RTSM, ensuring a truly modernized client experience. His focus in developing the foundation of Atreo’s platform was to create a scalable, robust solution that can efficiently manage the ever increasing complexity of today’s clinical protocols.

As an ex-professional cyclist and previous member of the US national road and mountain teams, John is familiar with the dedication and commitment involved in creating world class delivery experience with an emphasis on speed and precision.

Brian Dunton

Brian comes to Atreo with 16+ years of RTSM service provider and in-house sponsor experience. Much of Brian’s career was spent at Signant Health, where he most recently led a global Project Management team supporting a diverse portfolio of large pharmaceutical organizations, emerging biotechs, and CROs. Prior to his most recent role at Signant, he acted as the Global RTSM Category Manager for Roche Genentech, where he provided direct oversight of all preferred service providers. This unique experience provided a valuable and complimentary perspective into what fosters a successful sponsor partnership model, with a focus on quality and scalability.

Brian has a passion for RTSM and knows first-hand the challenges common of traditional providers. Atreo’s novel approach to RTSM delivery aligned with his vision of what can be accomplished by leveraging modern technology. He is thrilled to bring our next generation platform and unique service model to the industry.

When not helping his client partners to simplify the RTSM experience, Brian loves spending time with his wife and two sons in his native Bay Area or playing on his local water polo club with other dads.
